Will Call/Payment Options
Most of our home delivered propane customers monitor their own tanks and elect a “will call” method of ordering future deliveries. We recommend that customers notify us when your tank gauge reads 20-30% so we can schedule delivery when our route truck is in your area. This is a good rule of thumb for seasonal users or for remote or difficult delivery locations.
The payment terms for our home delivery service is Cash on Delivery (COD.) Please be prepared in advance with one of the following options, as payment is due in full upon delivery.
Acceptable forms of payment
CHECK/CASH/MONEY ORDERS – Payment is made to the driver when the product is delivered to your location. Contact us with any questions.
CREDIT CARD – All major credit cards are accepted. For payment, contact the branch location that delivers to your site. Our customer service representatives will answer any questions you may have and will assist you with payment. Another available option is saving a credit card on file; please contact us for more information.
