When is it Time to Consider a Microbulk Gas Solution?

You have a demanding business that requires the need for gas at the turn of a valve and can’t risk the downtime involved with having to return and replace an empty tank, and your requirements outgrow 12 portable packs or cylinders a year. In these cases, your gases are as essential as other utilities, like electricity, water and natural gas.

What are the advantages of microbulk?

Significant economic benefits are offered by reduced downtime and reduction and elimination of gas loss since typically, gas cylinders generally are returned with 10-15% of the gas still in the container. Fewer cylinder changeouts. Reduced storage requirements. Improved safety. Plus, at Greco Gas, we offer bulk consumption rates. We can help you evaluate the cost of the system investment, calculate savings and payback.

What sizes of microbulk tanks are available?

The sizing of tanks is based on the customer requirements and refill schedule, but typical tank sizes are 450L, 1000L, 1500L, 2000L, 3000L and 5500L. Storage cylinders are also configurable to high-pressure capability. Greco Gas will fill these tanks on-site with a microbulk tanker.

Small Microbulk

Small microbulk is an option for consumers where the availability of a 230-liter solution is reasonable. These cylinders have wheels for portability, are super-insulated for flexibility in holding (outdoors or for longer periods of time) and have built-in vaporizers – both low- and high-pressure.

When it comes down to it, Microbulk gas is:

  1. Economical
  2. Convenient, and
  3. Elevates your own business’s ability to perform and service your customers.

So let’s talk about a solution and how Microbulk can help you achieve all three. Give us a call today!
